The BT Imaging LIS-R2 is a comprehensive luminescence imaging system designed by 4design. The LIS-R2 is designed for use by cell, wafer and ingot manufacturers for offline characterisation, process development, and process monitoring.

4design designed, engineered and manufactured a modular tool that was able to adapt to a range of different environment conditions defined by BT Imaging’s customers.
