The Molecam is a truly portable camera that allows dermatologists to record beautifully clear images of moles and possible detection of melanoma. The custom designed LED arrays and adjustable focus ensures razor sharp images every time. Images of moles can now be captured, stored and referred to at a later date for analysis. 4design were engaged to produce a completely new look and feel for this type of device used in the medical environment. The Molecam was designed, engineered, prototyped and production documentation generated for the mass production of the device.
